Notice is hereby given that the Cumberland County Utilities Authority will hold a Special

Meeting on Thursday, December 29, 2011 at 4:30 PM, at the Authority's Administration

Building, 333 Water Street, Bridgeton, New Jersey. The Agenda will include discussion and

authorization of the execution of a Power Purchase Agreement and a site license agreement

in connection with the Authority's Renewable Energy Program. Formal action may be taken on

agenda items.

Cumberland County Utilities Authority

The Cumberland County Utilities Authority has awarded the following contracts without competitive bidding as a professional service pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(i), but through a competitive Request for Proposal process. The term of these contracts is January 1, 2012, ending December 31, 2012. The contracts and the authorizing resolutions are on file and available for public inspection in the office the Cumberland County Utilities Authority, 333 Water Street, Bridgeton, New Jersey 08302.

Resolution # 2450: Awarded to Hardenbergh Insurance Group, P.O. Box 1000, Voorhees, NJ 08043 for Risk Management Consultant.

Contract amount: Not to exceed $6,632

Resolution #2453: Awarded to Adams, Rehmann & Heggan, 850 S. White Horse Pike, Hammonton, NJ 08037 for Consulting Engineering Services.

Contract amount: Not to exceed $24,000

Resolution # 2452: Awarded to Romano, Hearing, Testa & Knorr, 150 South Main Road, Vineland, NJ 08360 for Auditing Services.

Contract amount: Not to exceed $60,000

Resolution #2454: Awarded to Robert O’Donnell, 223 East Main St., Millville, NJ 08332 for General Counseling Services.

Contract amount: $22,500
